Attendance

Attendance nobody argues about.

Check in from a phone, inside an area you set for each person. Lateness reaches payroll as minutes, with the check-in behind it.

No hardware to buy, install or repair.

This month

The register, the machine, and the argument.

Somebody signs the book at the gate. The biometric reader has been broken since June. The timesheet reaches HR three days after payroll needed it, and then one person insists they were here at nine.

Getting started

Running by the end of the day.

Three, and you can stop after any one of them.

1. Add your sites

Where you operate and the hours each place is open. The roster and the coverage check both measure against this, so they cannot disagree.

2. Set each person’s area

The yard, the branch, a client site. It belongs to the person, not to the company, so field staff are not marked absent for doing their job.

3. They press in

From the phone they already carry. You see the day as it happens instead of three days after payroll needed it.

The awkward questions

What you are actually wondering.

Including the parts a demo would skip past.

Breaks are not here yet.Clock out for lunch and back in is on the list and is not built. We would rather you knew that now than found it on the 28th.

Watch one week. Then decide.

Run it beside whatever you use now, for a week, and compare the two on payday.
