Sales & Marketing [Paid Internship]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Buddy Cleaning. This is a paid internship designed for individuals who are eager to gain real-world experience in sales, digital marketing, content creation, and business operations. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in converting incoming leads into confirmed bookings, growing our social media presence, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management: Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp and phone and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with interested customers who have not yet booked.
• Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Content Creation: Edit before/after service videos and post regularly on social media.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing Facebook ad campaigns and monitoring performance.
• Invoicing & Admin: Create and send customer invoices and maintain organised records.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily lead tracker and prepare weekly sales and marketing reports.

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Recent graduate or final year student, any field welcome.
• Own laptop or computer with stable internet connection is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu; basic English is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking on phone and WhatsApp professionally.
• Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or any editing tool.
• MS Office or Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Bahawalpur residents preferred.
