Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for Sales Executives for Digital Marketing | Cold Calling Experts. The role involves identifying prospective healthcare clients, conducting outbound cold calls, and presenting Keystone Medics’ RCM and medical billing services in a clear and compelling manner. Sales executives will nurture leads, maintain follow-up schedules, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools. They will collaborate with the marketing team to align sales outreach with digital campaigns, contribute to lead-generation strategies, and provide feedback on market trends. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, handling client queries, supporting contract closures, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or digital marketing services.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., online lead generation, social media outreach, email campaigns) and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working with data, basic reporting, and using productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentation tools, and communication platforms).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
