About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our digital marketing agency. This is not a typical sales role—we are looking for someone who understands the digital marketing industry, can build long-term client relationships, develop growth strategies, and help scale the agency.
If you have experience selling SEO, PPC, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and other digital marketing services, and have a proven track record of closing deals and growing agency revenue, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales
• Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
• Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
• Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team.
Agency Growth & Strategy
• Develop and execute strategies to scale the agency.
• Identify new service opportunities and market trends.
• Research competitors and recommend improvements.
• Help define pricing strategies and service packages.
• Work closely with management to achieve growth objectives.
Meetings & Presentations
• Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Deliver professional presentations and service demonstrations.
• Prepare business proposals and agency presentations.
• Represent the company at networking events when required.
Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Design, Development, and Content teams.
• Ensure client expectations are communicated clearly.
• Assist in improving internal sales processes and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications...Must Have
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of:
