Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate at RICI Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., located in Lahore. The responsibilities include promoting the company’s services, identifying new business opportunities, supporting customer acquisition efforts, managing client relationships, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role involves assisting with training sessions and contributing to the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and achieve targets.

• Familiarity with Inspection, Testing, Certification & Training practices to support client education and engagement initiatives.

• Ability to work collaboratively and handle client inquiries in a professional manner.

• Basic knowledge of certification, training, and inspection industries is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
