Our client is seeking an experienced and capable HR Manager to lead and manage human resources functions within its organization.
Education
* MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR)
Experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong experience in Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development.
* Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
* Hands-on experience in Performance Management and employee development initiatives.
* Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employment regulations.
* Experience in managing employee relations and supporting organizational development.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee HR management and development activities.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and workforce management practices.
* Manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
* Handle employee relations, HR policies, and administrative matters.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
* Support management in developing a productive and positive organizational culture.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
