Digi Grow is a growing digital services company working with international clients. We are looking for a motivated and confident Upwork Bidder & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

If you enjoy finding opportunities, writing proposals, communicating with clients, attending meetings, and helping close projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

You will be responsible for helping Digi Grow acquire new clients and manage the client-facing process from the initial contact through project confirmation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Finding relevant projects and clients on Upwork
Writing personalized and professional proposals
Communicating with international clients in English
Handling client messages and inquiries
Scheduling and attending online meetings
Understanding client requirements
Following up with potential clients
Helping negotiate project requirements and pricing
Building strong client relationships
Helping convert leads into successful projects
Maintaining a consistent pipeline of potential clients

Upwork will be an important part of the role, but we also welcome candidates experienced in finding clients through Fiverr, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, direct outreach, email, and other legitimate platforms.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have experience with Upwork bidding or online client acquisition
Can write strong business proposals
Have good written and spoken English
Are comfortable speaking with international clients
Can confidently attend client meetings
Understand sales, follow-ups, and lead generation
Are proactive, organized, and target-oriented
Can work independently and take initiative
Want to grow long-term with a company

Previous experience and a strong Upwork/Fiverr profile will be an advantage.

Compensation

We are open to:

Fixed Salary
Commission-Based
Salary + Commission
