Marketing & Sales Manager (Business Development) – Education Sector

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager (Business Development) to join our growing education network. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the education sector with proven experience in school business development, franchise expansion, educational publications, and training sales.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the education sector.
Previous experience working with a group of schools and Punlishing houses mandatory.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Strong understanding of school franchise development and operations.
Experience in educational publications and institutional sales.
Proven track record in teacher training, professional development, or educational programme sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with schools and educational partners.
Willingness to travel for meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector.
Promote school franchise opportunities and support franchise expansion.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Generate sales for educational publications, books, and academic resources.
Market and sell teacher training programmes, workshops, and professional development courses.
Develop and execute effective marketing and business development strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
Represent the organisation at education exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
